Oil-Free Achaar

Oil-free achaar — sun-cured, no mustard oil

Our oil-free achaar (pickle) is sun-cured for 18 to 21 days, with salt and the sun doing the work that mustard oil normally does. Five products live here. Four are from the mango range: vrat-safe Phalahari Aamra, spicy Mirchauni, cumin-led Jeerkam, and five-spice Pachranga. The fifth is Kuti Haritah Marichika, a green chilli achaar from the speciality range. Each one is hand-cut and hand-seasoned by Uma Agarwal. Nothing artificial. No vinegar.
