Section 5 — Products and handmade food disclaimer
All Maatru Rasah® products are made by hand in small batches of 300 to 500 jars per month, total across all products. This cap is permanent. Availability is limited by design, not by circumstance.
Natural variation: Our achaar, spices, and sweets are made without artificial preservatives, colours, or stabilisers. Variation in colour, texture, aroma, and taste between batches is natural and expected. Such variation does not constitute a defect and is not grounds for return or refund.
Seasonal products: Aam Ka Achaar (mango pickle) is made once a year during the mango season. It is not available outside that window.
Display accuracy: We make every effort to accurately display product colours and images. We cannot guarantee that your device's screen accurately represents the product's actual appearance.
Section 6 — Billing and account information
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed for resale or redistribution.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current purchase and account information for all transactions. You agree to promptly update your account details — including email address and payment information — so that we may complete your orders and communicate with you as needed.
